Episode 20 Oasis
The Enterprise discover a crashed spaceship filled with a bunch of aliens. As they investigate more it’s discovered they are all holograms except two. They convince the two living people to leave the ship.
It’s almost identical to the Deep Space Nine episode Shadowplay where the team finds a city of holographic people but their holo-emitter is breaking. When they turn off the holo-emitter they find one living guy who created it after his people were all killed by the Dominion.
Its episode regurgitation like this which caused fans to stop watching. Watching the same episode in a shiny new shell isn’t fun.
